环东华 ▪ 智尚源又称德必WE" 国际文化创意中心（环东华），简称“德必环东华WE" ”，项目位于杨宅路258号（近凯旋路路口）,地处长宁区铂金地段。德必环东华WE" 将秉承环东华时尚创意区时尚现代的风格，融入德必WE" 国际化、个性化、生命力的文化内涵及设计理念，在2016年，蜕变重生。

WE" INTERNATIONAL HUB@DONGHUA is located at No.258 Yangzhai Road, Changning District, one of the central business centers in Shanghai. The design of DOBE WE@Donghua will integrating the modern style of Huan Donghua Fashion and Creative Area in terms of internationalization, uniqueness and viatility.
In 2016， WE will change.

德必环东华WE" 地处上海城市中心，位于长宁区虹桥商圈核心地段，紧邻中山公园、古北国际商业区，徐家汇传统商业中心，传统与新兴商圈汇聚，擎动城市中心经济。

DOBE WE" @Donghua is located at the heart of Shanghai. Geographically, the place is not only adjacent to Zhongshan Park CBD, but also it is close to several commercial area such Gubei and Xujiahui. With the convergence of traditional and modern business centers, DOBE WE" @Donghua occupies a superior location.

形外立面，用流畅的曲线，引领着你的眼睛去体验建筑中的变幻无穷。
每个空间开始变得与众不同。
WE" believe that creative inspiration works the same as life, is entitled to be cultivated
naturally in the sunlight. The curved exterior and smooth lines of building, is leading
you to appreciate the ever-changing style of architecture.
Each space begins to be different.

4.75m开阔通透的平层空间，可自由分割。

The whole-floor area is bright and flexible to be divided into different space.

外立面经典咖啡色与现代金属银色的碰撞，象征着东华WE" 对时尚创意中那些经典的致敬、与对未来设计的创新。

The mix of classical brown and metal silver reflects the inheritance and innovation for fashion industry.

落地全玻璃面，空间自然联通。
